1.Provide support to General Manager and act as the primary liaison with various divisions/departments within Malaysia and overseas.
2.Monitor closely, tracking of deadlines and follow-ups with related Division Head/HOD on projects/assignment/task assigned and ensure prompt delivery.
3.Vet through all documents extend to General Manager’s office and highlight any irregularities and prompt Management on matters that require immediate attention or discussion.
4.Assist superior in welcoming dignitaries, VIPs, visitors or any key & important guests in a professional way.
5.Interact professionally with all levels of management, employees and business associates.
6.Organize daily routine work such as scheduling, prioritizing and confirming meetings and appointments such as operation meeting, marketing meeting, travel arrangements, meal arrangements, accommodation arrangements or any ad-hoc meeting/appointments.
7.Maintain strict confidentiality.
Requirements:
1.Experience and understanding of data analysis and evaluation to meet business needs.
2.Excels at operating in a fast pace; ability to work under pressure.
3.Interested to learn with growth mindset.
4.Good in Microsoft Power point, Word and Excel.
5.Able to work overtime as needed.
6.Able to travel if required.
