Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in retail/marketing will

be an added advantage

Job Tasks:

• Understand customer's needs and preference and provide necessary assistance to ensure their satisfaction.
• Administer cash registers and make sure all sales transactions captured are accurate.
• Carefully load/unload and transport goods to designated locations to arrive without damage.
• Welcome and greet walk in customers/guests.
• Keep the store and counter is clean and tidy.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, Shopee, TikTok and others social media.
• Basic computer skills such as a Microsoft Office, POS system and company system.
• Process online orders by customers.
• Assist with stocking shelves and arranging stocks displays.
• Handle returns and exchanges professionally.

WORKING PLACE: SUNWAYMAS COMMERCIAL CENTRE, PJ
WORKING HOUR: 10AM - 7PM(8 HOURS), 1 HOUR LUNCH HOUR
1 OFF DAYS A WEEK.
