Job Responsibility
- To ensure smooth system operation.
- Responsible to maintain all production records.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and record keeping.
- Reporting production problems within the production line.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports related to operations.
- Liaising with other department regarding production matters.
- To assist warehouse/store to do data entry on stock and raw material.
- To ensure Protech Paper existing QMS System comply to the ISO 9001 requirements.
- Maintain and update operational procedures, guidelines, and manuals.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
- Monitor and check all ISO form filled, following the standard, maintained and updated.
- To assist in safety compliance.
- Perform any ad-hoc action assigned by the Management.
