Lendlease Malaysia is looking for candidates who are interested growing their career in marketing as a Assistant Marketing Manager at Setia City Mall. Setia City Mall is recognized as the largest mall in Shah Alam. Over 300 retailers are spread across 4 levels creating the ultimate destination of choice for shopping, dining, entertainment and park life in the area. You must have a strong passion in retail marketing and building brand loyalty.
Based at Setia City Mall Corporate Office, your duties include but to limited to the following:
Conceptualising and implementing integrated marketing campaigns for the shopping mall to drive traffic and revenue.
Assist the team with budgetary control, advertising, promotions, events, marketing of in-mall advertising spaces, loyalty programmes, public relations, engaging and onboarding stakeholders, and direct marketing in order to create a strong and unified shopping mall brand that stands out from the competition.
Other key responsibilities include:
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Conduct post-campaign analysis, budget tracking, monthly reports for internal analysis, and day-to-day campaign monitoring.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure project success and create awareness for the mall's activities.
Form strategic alliances to source sponsorships, unique event opportunities, and public relations opportunities for the mall.
Proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants, as well as garner participation for mall programmes and various Lendlease initiatives to drive sales.
Plan the department's budget to keep expenses within the approved budget.
Conduct post-promotional campaign or event reviews to determine the effectiveness of promotions / events in terms of shopper traffic and tenant GTO, and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis.
Actively participate in group campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Event Management or related disciplines.
At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role and work environment (shopping mall experience would be added advantage)
Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
