We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and act as a liaison between our customers and our Service Technicians. The job description as below;_
> issue quotation, follow-up quotation, issue DO and Invoice
> determine repairs and relevant costs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge about range of services and contacting customers to update them about their equipment’s repair status.
> communicating with customers about their needs and relaying information to the Service Technicians
> answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary
> overseeing and managing the service scheduling and workflow
> monitor customer payment and other tasks deemed necessary by the management for the efficient running of the operation of the company
