Job Scope Description

  • To process Purchase orders, verify and receive goods ordered
  • To carry out admin work related to purchasing activities
  • To update purchase information, PO receiving.
  • To liaise with suppliers to purchase and follow up with them to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • To negotiate for the best prices and payment terms for every purchase while maintaining the highest level of quality, reliability, and services.
  • To check and verify pricing among suppliers before confirming the order.
  • To coordinate with the Account department in processing all invoices and claims.
  • To upkeep all records, and documents and maintain a proper filing system.
  • Inventory control
  • Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior from time to time.

Requirement :

  • At least 1-2 years of work experience required.
  • Have a good work attitude and be responsible, self-motivated, multitasking, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in the related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:
