Your Role:

• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth, setting the tone for exceptional dining moments.
• Address guest complaints & feedback with care and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities to grow.
• Be a passionate leader who inspires, motivates, and guides a team toward shared goals with clear communication.
• Plan schedules, and oversee daily operations for seamless workflow.
• Train and develop team members to embody Dandy’s wholesome standards.
• Maintain and adhere to Dandy’s hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Build a positive and engaging culture that empowers the team and celebrates their wins.
• Monitor inventory, optimize costs, and manage operational costs.
• Handle cash, audits, and reporting with precision and integrity.
• Jump in wherever needed—because teamwork makes the Dandy dream work!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
