o Implement training programs to address performance issues for new/ existing employees, assess talent and skills, design replacement and selection.
o Liaise with the Labor Department for employee-related matters.
o Protect organizational and employee information by safeguarding sensitive information.
o Answer phone calls, handle email inquiries related to Human Resources matters such as Benefits, Policies and Procedures, Medical Expenses, Time off management/operations, Employee inquiries regarding salary, leave, attendance, formal exit times, break times, transfers, and others.
o Liaise with panel clinics and hospitals.
o Renew company-related licenses/certificates.
o Ensure employees in the food/kitchen section have valid health injection cards.
o Manage company insurance and related insurance policies. Ensure all employee claims are used appropriately and approved accordingly.
o Responsible for updating & filing all HR records, including individual employee files, leave files, resignation files, PERKESO/KWSP files, income tax files, payroll files, and other company-related files.
o Liaise with foreign worker agents and foreign worker management regarding passports, work permits, health reports, and invoice payments.
o Act as a system administrator to update profiles of new employees, prepare job offer letters.
o Maintain forms if required by employees such as leave forms, overtime forms, claim forms, loan forms, and others.
o Ensure timely payments of KWSP, PERKESO, income tax before 15th of the following month.
o Review and make company payroll payments (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and prepare monthly payroll slip lists for employees and management.
o Maintenance of monthly/weekly payroll system and planning for unpaid leave for staff.
o Update and maintain payroll records and liaise with employees and management departments regarding payroll-related inquiries.
o Consider annual leave, sick leave, and overtime work.
