  • Controls and monitors personnel budget in achieving the desired operating profit.
  • Responsible for managing the company’s performance system.

  • Directs recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection and placement activities for all positions.

  • Takes the appropriate disciplinary action according to company’s procedures ie counselling, show cause and domestic inquiry.
  • Attends to any labour or IR cases when necessary on behalf of the management.
  • To assist the company and its operations in matters pertaining to Industrial Relations and OSHA administrative duties.
  • Maintains corporate relationship with relevant government and local authorities for any regulatory purposes.
  • Manages the company’s leave management system.

Experience required

- Degree/Diploma in HR Management or other related experience with 2-3 years HR /Operations Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
