- Controls and monitors personnel budget in achieving the desired operating profit.
- Responsible for managing the company’s performance system.
- Participate as a team member and build a positive working environment.
- Directs recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection and placement activities for all positions.
- Responsible to execute and prepare salary, benefit, welfare, reward payments and employee exit for the company.
- Manages company uniform ordering, keep safe, distribute, collect and bank in deposit.
- Manages company locker and conducts fortnightly spot check.
- Manages promoter administration, service standards, discipline.
- Takes the appropriate disciplinary action according to company’s procedures ie counselling, show cause and domestic inquiry.
- Attends to any labour or IR cases when necessary on behalf of the management.
- To assist the company and its operations in matters pertaining to Industrial Relations and OSHA administrative duties.
- Maintains corporate relationship with relevant government and local authorities for any regulatory purposes.
- Manages the company’s leave management system.
Experience required
- Degree/Diploma in HR Management or other related experience with 2-3 years HR /Operations Experience

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
