Location: Jalan Lintas, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
: Saturday : 9.00 AM - 3.30 PM

Job Overview:
The Sales Assistant will play a key role in handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining client relationships. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in helping the sales team achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information to help drive sales.
  • Assist in processing sales orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain sales databases, track performance metrics
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by handling post-sales support and follow-up calls.
  • Assist with gathering and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Handle sales-related administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a sales environment or knowledge of sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude with a problem-solving approach.
