- Issue invoices and credit notes (CN) related to food orders and shipments.
- Coordinate sales orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely dispatch.
- Assist with data entry, including order details, pricing, and customer information.
- Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, receipts, and related documents.
- Perform routine checks to ensure compliance with food industry regulations and company policies.
- Handle discrepancies and resolve issues related to invoicing and order processing.
- Provide support to the finance team as needed and perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
- Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Understanding of food industry standards and invoicing procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn, motivated, and responsible.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Job will be in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
- Interview shall be conducted on site only
