1) Implementing and achieve Management Standards Yearly Planner.
2) To execute and implement the Quality Improvement (QI) program related to management system and staff development program (in-house) to achieve company KPI's.
3) To performance internal and external audits programs and ensure all recitication as follow Quality Tools and effective action by auditee with acceptable reason within time bond.
4) Conduct Compliance Audit for Concession Agreement (CA) & Regulatory Requirement for service Improvement.
5) To conduct specific audit for critical site based on internal audit, external and others audit result for service improvement.
6) Responsible as a research center in managing and maintain the Medivest Management System Procedures and Medivest Management System Forms documentation.
7) Review all new changing and revise in the Standard of Operating Procedure (SOP) and get approval.
8) As a secretariat of working committee for program arrangement to improve and implementing good standard for management system.
9) As a secretariat of the Management Review Meeting.
10) Development of Knowledge Management Framework and Quality Knowledge Sharing for staff in quarterly basis based and current issue and awareness area.
11) Be responsible for all vendor management which includes ordering equipment and supplies, managing and monitoring services levels, invoice reconciliation and addressing unsatisfactory vendor services.
12) Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of CEO.
13) Secure appropriate signature and track documents through the approval process on behalf of the CEO.
14) Serve as a liaison with internal staff at all levels.
15) Provide assistance and support to CEO, Strategic Operations on various projects such as new employee onboarding, Medivest Borad calendar planning, and staff communication.
16) Support other Senior Management staff on other projects as needed.
17) Prepare agendas for meetings, briefing materials, and presentations as needed to support the CEO.
18) Provide administrative support to CEO in order to increase his availability of executive-level responsibilities.
19) To perform any other related duties as and when required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 15 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- quality improvement area and auditing process: 3 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 75% (Preferred)
