About Job Purpose
The Screening Associate is responsible for conducting employment screening services, handle and resolve all clients’ enquiries through outbound calls and emails by offering best in class client experience in order to support the business.
About Essential Job Duties
· Receives and acknowledges requests for pre- employment screening via emails in timely manner.
· Conducts, analyses and evaluates research information using a variety of research methodology and tools
· Performs background checks of prospective employee on education check, reference check, and others based on the scope of work or requirements provided by clients and within the service level agreements
· Conducts task and / or quality assurance checks to ensure reports delivered are high quality
· Conducts research tasks as assigned by Supervisors / Team Lead
About Successful Candidate Profiles
· University students at final year (preferable Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, Applied Language Study / English Literature)
· Seek opportunities to learn new methods, procedures or techniques
· Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and professional phone voice
· Excellent communication and written skills in English and Bahasa. Additional foreign languages is a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel)
· Strong analytical skills, ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
· Thriving in a face-paced environment, self-initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
· Malaysia (local) candidate only
