Key Responsibilities :

1. Partnership Development

  • Serve as Person-in-Charge to liaise with all corporates partnerships and sponsorships related matters including airlines, Malaysia Airports, and other industry stakeholders
  • Identify and secure new partnerships and sponsorships that enhance the company’s brand presence and market positioning
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored partnership proposals for potential partners
  • Negotiate, finalize, and manage partnership and sponsorship agreements
  • Create and execute strategies for building sustainable partnerships that elevate brand awareness and market impact
  • Lead and manage the (Sejati) CSR program to ensure alignment with company values

    2. Event Planning & Coordination

    • Plan, coordinate and execute a range of events, including corporate conferences, exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and social gatherings with government authorities.
    • Oversee all stages of event planning and execution, from pre-planning and resource allocation to pre-event marketing and on-site coordination
    • Ensure events comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements
    • Address and resolve any issues that arise during events to ensure smooth operations

      3. Stakeholder & Partner Engagement

      • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to meet event objectives and ensure satisfaction
      • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular feedback and detailed reports on event programs and their results

        4. Campaign Performance

        • Collaborate with sales teams and promoters to effectively publicize and promote events, maximizing reach and engagement
        • Propose creative ideas to enhance service quality and the overall event experience for attendees and partners

          Others

          • Supervise and provide guidance to event staff during planning and execution to ensure cohesive teamwork and smooth project delivery
          • Address ad-hoc tasks given by direct manager as needed to ensure seamless operations

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in event planning, marketing or related roles, preferably in FMCG industry
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment
