JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
2. At least 1-2 years' experience.
3. Basic computer skills, internet savvy, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
4. Able to absorb new information quickly and willing to learn.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
2. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, spoken and written.
3. Resourceful, analytical, and able to multitask.
4. Strong ability to solve problems and propose suitable alternative solutions.
5. To maintain a valid certification record.
6. Interface with another department to follow up on any related matters.
7. Coordinate and comply with office procedures and flow.
8. Develop and maintain a filling system.
9. Assist in any related application for staff.
10. Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
