Overview
To assist in the maintenance of our client's digital content on web channels. Publish and monitor our client's online and digital properties for usability, relevance and member engagement in support of the corporate marketing plan and brand. Collaborate with Marketing and Digital staff and other internal business units/vendors to ensure timely/accurate publication of digital content to support business needs and member experience.
Responsibilities
- Author, QA and publish content within Content Management to support Marketing & Business initiatives.
- Serves as specialist in content management, providing training and creating documentation as needed to assist other content contributors.
- Review all content and digital/online properties to ensure compliance with corporate brand standards and marketing style guides.
- Work with internal content authors and designers to ensure content meet digital best practices.
- Performs other duties as appropriate.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in a related field or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. (Field in Digital Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, Web Design & Development)
- Effective verbal and written communications skills as well as influencing and building consensus.
- Experience in content management systems & content delivery
- Managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals.
- Experience working in a demanding, fast paced, creative environment similar to an advertising agency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
