Alvigor is seeking a Trainer for In-Person Workshops to facilitate engaging sessions on various topics, including Job/Career Change, Organizational Leadership Development, Interpersonal Skills, Personal Growth, and Program Facilitation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the relevant areas and a passion for delivering impactful, in-person learning experiences. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on professionals across various fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person sessions for participants on designated topics.
  • Design and deliver content to meet learning objectives effectively.
  • Foster a positive, interactive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants.
  • Collaborate with the organizing team to report on session outcomes.
  • Document key observations and insights for continuous program improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in coaching or training in the relevant areas.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to effectively design and deliver program content.
  • Organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Passionate about personal and professional development.
