Job Scope -Communicate with global supply chain and local teams and resolves any highly complex supply issues, inventory levels not met, product specs/ license change, New Product Introduction (NPI)/ phase out -Work closely with Global planning team on Inventory replenishment and stocks coverage at distributor’s warehouse -Participate in the monthly forecast review meeting with Global Supply Chain teams; -Prepare, Analyze & initiate suitable actions based on planning key performance indicators i.e. Inventory, E&O, Service Level -Participate in regular reviews of policies, processes and procedures to achieve continual improvements. -Recommend action items -Produce monthly inventory projections report for SG-DC and replenishment orders and PO placement in JDA/JDE systems -Generate reports relevant for planning, support operation needs such as import & custom’s clearance and involved in project assignment, Other duties & projects assigned by Leadership Job Requirement: -Experience working in a medical device and/or regulated industry preferred -Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills -Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills -Solid knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to local and/or global supply chain and ISO laws and regulations applicable to medical device industry -Advanced problem-solving skills -Strict attention to detail -Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels -Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment -Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams, key contact representing the organization on contracts or projects, and vendors/suppliers -Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations -Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
