RESPONSIBILITIES • Support complete payroll function including prepare complex payroll information for data input to ensure compliance with both internal policies and external government requirements. • Ensure the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities, including leave, all statutory and corporate governance reporting requirements are accurate and delivered within appropriate timeframes and comply with relevant legislation. • Manage payroll accurately and ensure timely payments. • Ensure compliance to statutory regulatory requirement related • Keep precise and comprehensive records of all payroll transactions. • Assist in the setup, testing and commissioning of new payroll system REQUIREMENTS • Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline • 5 years of experience in handling payroll functions • Attention to detail with ability to deliver quality output whilst working under pressure and to tight timelines. • Proficient in English in both written and verbal • Strong business partnering influencing and stakeholder management skills
