1) To perform welding job using MIG, TIG & ARC method 2) To run welding machine according to work instruction, safety instruction and production schedule. 3) To keep find welding conditions to achieve optimal cycle time & quality weld. 4) Perform grinding at welding joints to achieve good surface finishing. 5) To continuously improve job skills & knowledge through on job training for better quality cost competitiveness and on time delivery. 6) To carry out any job as assigned by production leader & supervisor.
