  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Provide support and maintenance for BMC Helix ITSM.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate on system integrations.
  • Maintain technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience with BMC Helix ITSM implementation and configuration.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

  • BMC Helix ITSM certification.
  • Experience with ITSM tool integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • BMC Helix ITSM implementation and configuration.: 4 years (Required)
  • ITIL processes and IT service management.: 4 years (Preferred)
  • scripting and automation: 4 years (Preferred)
  • ITSM tool integrations: 3 years (Required)
