Shipping Officer

• To assist the Sales & Marketing Executive on daily sales activities. • Review quotation upon request before submission for approval. • Assist in preparing of sales order for planner to schedule production. • Assist in prepare and submit proforma invoice upon receiving purchase order for conformation. • Liaise with Production Dept on scheduling of delivery dates. • Monitor job progress, mass production, delivery schedule. • Review and release customer’s invoice and coordinate sample submission to customer. • Prepare documentation for customer complaint, request and inquiry. • Handle and notify executive for customer survey and feedback. • Coordinate for container stuffing with warehouse. • Update the Export requirement according to customer export document • Assist in preparing and handling of shipping documents. • To process the analysis of data to the requirement of QMS & FSS. • To ensure understanding of working procedures, documents and records in the department comply with company requirements. • Responsibility to personal hygiene and environment, quality, safety and 5S implementation. • To assume corporate social responsibility (CSR). • Performs other duties that have been assigned from time to time.
