Human Resource Executive

Job Title: Human Resource Executive Location: Nissei Technology Malaysia, Prai, Penang Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Human Resource Executive** to join our team at Nissei Technology Malaysia in Prai, Penang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a wide range of HR functions, including training, recruitment, compliance, dormitory management, and other HR-related responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding. - Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent. Training & Development - Assess training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Compliance & Employee Relations - Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies. - Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment. Dormitory Management - Oversee the management of employee accommodations to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment. - Coordinate with vendors and address any dormitory-related concerns. HR Operations - Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. - Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in HR functions, including recruitment, training, compliance, and dormitory management. - Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
