Responsibilities of the role:

Operations

To ensure the smooth and effective operations of the center including the following:

a. Facilitate student enrolment process;

b. Schedule class timetable for optimal use of classrooms and teaching hour;

c. Ensure safety and cleanliness of the centre;

d. Manage billings and collections process;

e. Prepare monthly reports for submission;

f. Attend to parent and student enquiry and establish good rapport and relationship

g. Stock-taking and order placing;

h. Support online and offline marketing.

i. Organize ad-hoc centre activities, promotional events if needed.

Requirements of the role:

Ø Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Education or equivalent; diploma holder with experience also welcomed;

Ø 1-5 years of working experience in preferably in customer service or education. Fresh graduates welcomed, on-the-job training will be provided;

Ø Proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred);

Ø Excellent communication skill and customer oriented;

Ø Strong organization and time management skills;

Ø Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;

Ø Well-versed in office management, technical tools and software applications e.g. MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT etc);

Ø Must be able to commit for work in the weekends.

Working Hours:

Weekdays: 12pm to 9pm (Wed - Fri)

Weekends: 9am to 6:30pm ( Sat & Sun)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
