Project Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Project Site Supervisor to join our team at Dayangcond Engineering Sdn Bhd. As a full-time Project Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of our construction projects in the Selangor area. What you'll be doing Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of construction teams on site To assist on planning and preparation of work materials for site projects To assist on drafting AUTOCAD drawing (shop drawing & as built drawing) for submission to client To do inspection of completed work and to conduct T&C for handover process To assist project managers to plan, monitor and control daily work at project sites To monitor site work progress and to prepare work done photos To coordinate and supervise sub contractor work progress and weekly update to the team Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations Liaise with project managers, clients and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Identify and resolve any operational problems to keep projects on schedule Provide guidance and support to the construction crew as needed What we're looking for Proven experience as a Project Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry Strong working knowledge of construction techniques, materials and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with clients Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specifications Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making to address challenges on site Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction sector Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment AutoCAD knowledge is a must What we offer At Dayangcond Engineering Sdn Bhd, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
