DATA PROTECTION SENIOR MANAGER

• Monitor data processing activities within the organization to ensure that all actions comply with applicable data protection regulations, • Ensuring that data is only processed for legitimate purposes, controlling access to data as necessary, protecting data perfectly and identifying procedures to deal with requests for access, changes, and deletion of data. • Should organize regular training for all staff on data protection policy, secure data processing procedures and individual rights regarding data and should be prepared to provide guidance to staff if there are any questions or concerns related to data processing. • Need to be involved in the early phases of the development of new products, services or policies that involve data processing. • Need to provide advice on how to ensure that all such activities comply with applicable data protection regulations and implement the correct privacy principles. • Need to communicate with the data supervisory authority if there is a data breach or if there is a need to consult on data protection compliance. • Need to ensure that all required reporting processes are carried out within the time limits set by the regulations in force. • Need to handle incidents quickly and effectively and conduct internal investigations to understand the cause and impact of incidents by providing notice to affected parties in accordance with regulatory requirements and cooperating with supervisory authorities if necessary. • Responsible for conducting regular internal audits to ensure all systems and data protection procedures are working as expected. • Should involve checking compliance with existing policies and procedures and identifying and addressing potential data security vulnerabilities or breaches.
