Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and timelines.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and workforce development.
Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous learning.
Ensure products meet company and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, GMP and any related standards).
Conduct regular inspections to maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Manage resources (equipment, raw materials, and labor) to minimize waste and control costs.
Implement lean manufacturing and other process improvement methodologies.
Monitor and maintain equipment to prevent downtime and ensure consistent production.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety training for all staff.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Address and mitigate risks related to production processes.
Work closely with procurement, sales, R&D, and logistics teams to align production with business objectives.
Prepare and present production reports, KPIs, and forecasts to senior management.
Drive effective communication within the production team and across departments.
