  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

FARM MANAGER • Lead directing all the work activities done on a farm • Overseeing the plantation of the crops during plantation season • Lead to plan with engineers the irrigation required for plantation • Hiring the workers • Should have knowledge of right fertilizers for the crops • Overseeing the harvesting of the crops during harvesting season • Command for packaging the crops or sale • Making an inventory of the crops and accounting for their sales • Helping director with sales of the crop • Hiring help for looking after the cattle • Decide to buying of seeds and fertilizers for plantation • Decide to buying the required machinery like tractors and harvesters • Knowing the soil conditions and planning accordingly • Overall general Management of the Banana Plantation especially with a new 200 acres of land shall be secured from the state Government of Pahang & Felda • Responsible over profitability of the company • Supervise of all the various operation of the banana plantation, including harvesting and sales of fruits Bananas • Responsible to train a local Plantation Officer for the next 5 years to ensure technical Know-How Planting Banana Technology Transfer as the whole process of planting to harvest to sale including exports throughout a year. It will take 2 -3 cycles. The high expertise of him shall be transfer out.
