Event Executive Job Overview: The Event Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events to meet organizational objectives. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to deliver successful events that align with the company’s brand and goals. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute event plans, timelines, and budgets. • Identify event objectives, target audiences, and themes in collaboration with stakeholders. • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure seamless event execution. • Utilize social media, email, and other platforms to boost event attendance and engagement. • Ensures all events support departmental and business objectives and that they are compliant with brand guidelines, internal policies, agreed standards, legislation and regulation • Works with the Marketing team to set up and maintain processes for events organisation including building and maintaining contact lists, logistics, promotion, delegate management and impact assessment. • Analyse event performance metrics and post-event feedback to identify areas of improvement to the event outcomes. • Provide excellent guest service during events to ensure a positive experience. • Ensure adherence to event schedules and resolve any issues promptly. • Develop event communication plans for internal stakeholders. • Perform any other duties as assigned and when necessary by Management. Requirements: • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business or related field. • Proven experience in planning and executing events of varying scales. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. • Good verbal & written communications in English. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Understanding of events for offline and digital channels • Knowledge of current best practice in events marketing • Creative problem solver with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
