Main responsibilities
- Monitor and control income and expense activities within RightProc, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Oversee the timely collection of platform fees, rebates and management fees.
- Facilitating efficient payment to suppliers, as needed for timely collection of fees/rebates.
- Maintain accurate of rebates collected and facilitate the disbursement to clients.
- Participate in the budgeting process, ensuring accurate income and expense projections. Conduct regular analysis and forecasting to identify trends and potential risks.
- Analyse, monitor, and evaluate income and expense performance, providing insightful reports to management.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
- Lead periodic monthly business review meeting stakeholders.
- Provide insightful analysis and interpretation of variances, against budget and forecast, providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:-
- Diploma/Degree in commerce, business administration, accounting and/or finance.
- Good command of English.
- Good organizational & analytical skills.
- Good understanding of financial principles.
- Capable of generating insightful reports with large datasets.
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently.
- Solution first approach
- Pro-active attitude with strong sense of ownership
