We are looking for a Business Development Executive who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a proven track record in sales, business development, or account management with at least 3-5 years of experience.

Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plastic manufacturing solution industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and strategies that meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentation and proposals to key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance, analyze data and implement corrective actions to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • At least diploma in sales related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years proven track record in sales, business development or account management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, to effectively present ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
