M&E Coordinator

Responsibilities: • To managed, plan, monitor and supervised all M&E related work at project site • To check drawing discrepancies, shop drawing, sample materials and coordination drawings • To ensure all construction activities are performed in accordance to approved plan, specification and standards • To conduct regular coordination meetings with the project team, consultants and contractors • To manage and supervise the day to day operations of the project including resources, material on site, wastage and sequence of work. • To assist in the valuation & verification of the contractors/NSC’s work done • To maintain accurate project records and documentation • To provide a Weekly/Monthly progress report to the Project Manager Qualification: • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering • Min. 5 years working experience (preferably in high rise and mix development projects) • Strong knowledge in M&E system, standards and requirements • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Possibility of local candidates currently based in Kuala Lumpur or those with prior work experience in Kuala Lumpur.
