QAQC ENGINEER

• Monitor and enforce compliance with established standards and procedures. • Report non-conformances to superiors and relevant parties for prompt resolution. • Oversee and conduct daily laboratory inspections and testing of materials, including steel, concrete, and raw materials. • Identify and report defects or potential issues to superiors and stakeholders, ensuring timely action. • Maintain detailed records of inspections and before/after repairs of defective products. • Provide advice and collaborate with relevant parties to address QA/QC issues effectively. • Research and experiment with various concrete mix designs for optimization. • Prepare, update, and validate project designs, calculations, scopes of work, specifications, bills of quantities, drawings, and reports. • Establish, improve, and maintain ISO standards within the organization. • Coordinate and implement QC procedures, documentation, and record-keeping. • Lead internal and external quality audits, including ISO 9001 compliance assessments. • Develop quality plans in alignment with project requirements and standards. • Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality outputs. • Monitor and maintain efficient systems and records for project activities, analyzing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. • Address customer complaints, conduct site visits to identify root causes, and recommend solutions. • Prepare analyses and reports for management, including recommendations for improvement and preventive measures. • Foster close communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure operational efficiency. • Strictly adhere to company policies, rules, and safety regulations. • Undertake ad hoc tasks or additional duties assigned by superiors as required.
