Key Responsibilities: Core Responsibilites 1. Work closely with current customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory. Observe and implement practical application of products. 2. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and new customers, including plant or facility executives. Leverage external network to pursue business opportunities within assigned territory. 3. Regularly engage with customers to ensure KPI of current accounts and deliverables are met. 4. Collaborate in cross-functional projects within Sumisaujana Group, promoting the transfer of knowledge as well as the delivery of innovative processes and programs 5. Lead trial of new technologies and proactively show initiative by bringing ideas and new technologies. 6. Lead internal team and develop strategies in line with overall team’s KPI set by Management. 7. Anticipate customer needs based on knowledge of customer processes and operations; identify unmet customer needs. 8. Manage direct reports to ensure all sales and service activities are meeting customer expectations and service levels. 9. Exhibit expert-level knowledge in all product areas. 10. Identify external business opportunities and business groups. 11. Leading technical audit field visit which is documented in extensive Total System Analysis and Technical Strategies. 12. Lead onsite technical expertise ranging from corrosion and Oilfield Chemicals site surveys, field trials, onsite analyses, leading Start- Up/Commissioning of Chemical injection Programmes, Field Troubleshooting and Technical management. 13. Management of new products/technology pertaining to Oilfield Chemicals and responsible for Oilfield Chemicals Product Selection, Applications and Troubleshooting. 14. Support the development of all Oilfield Chemicals Test Protocols – Corrosion / Scale / Flow Assurance and Separation – Onsite / Lab Scale 15. Be an effective team player in order to help the team to deliver value and meet expectation. 16. Perform appropriate duties as assigned by Management Contract Management 1. Contracts management (ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained), performance monitoring and coordinating deadlines. 2. Managing of resources (manpower, equipment, etc.) and stock. This includes monitoring and summary report management. 3. Support to manage performance of business partners/subcontractors. 4. Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. 5. Manage reporting from subordinates. 6. Development of Technical Marketing Packages, Product Line Case Studies and Tender documents. 7. Deliver Customer/Sales interactions and interface between RD&E Team and Sales in regards to technical aspects of Oilfield Chemicals. Training & Development 1. Develop, share knowledge, advise and managing of subordinates to ensure company has constant competent manpower. 2. Assist in conducting internal and client training seminars. 3. Manages business development/sales force employment and deployment within area of responsibility. Simultaneously ensuring people development - evaluation, training, coaching, appraising, talent identification, promotion. 4. Build and motivate a strong team that delivers value and helps meet expectation.
