Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and proactive Mall/Retail Concierge to enhance the shopping experience for our visitors. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with their needs, inquiries, and services throughout the mall. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist mall visitors, providing information about stores, events, and mall services. • Respond to guest inquiries, helping with directions, store locations, and facility information. • Assist with special requests, including lost and found and event bookings. • Promote mall events, promotions, and loyalty programs (if any) to enhance customer engagement. • Coordinate with operations and management team to address visitor needs and feedback. • Maintain a clean and organized concierge area, ensuring all materials and resources are up to date. • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. • Stay informed about current promotions, store openings, and local attractions to provide accurate information. Qualifications: • SPM certificate or diploma in hospitality or retail management is an advantage. • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude. • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment. • Proficient in using computers and basic office software. Working Hours: • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. • Solution-oriented mindset when addressing day-to-day issues. • Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of materials.
