Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service and guidance to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries across various communication channels and offer effective solutions.
• Update and maintain sales statements in the sales tracking system.
• Ensure timely delivery of financial statements to clients.
• Follow up with previous customers to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication, fostering trust and loyalty.

• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• Comfortable with math and calculations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest and motivation to succeed in sales.
• A proactive personality that embraces challenges.
• Quick to learn about new products or services.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection; possesses good negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn and stay informed about market trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
