Key Roles & Responsibility

1. Design Consultation Support

  • Acting as a liaison between the client and the design team to ensure the client’s vision is accurately understood and translated into the project.
  • Assisting with initial design consultations and ensuring all client requirements are documented.

    2. Project Coordination

    • Overseeing timelines, milestones, and deliverables for design projects, ensuring they align with client expectations.
    • Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

      3. Progress Updates

      • Regularly updating clients on the status of their projects, including any adjustments or challenges.
      • Organizing site visits or walkthroughs for clients to review progress.

        4. Managing Client Expectations

        • Clarifying timelines, potential delays, and the scope of work to ensure realistic expectations.
        • Resolving disputes or concerns related to design choices, schedules, or costs.

          5. After-Sales Service

          • Coordinating post-project evaluations to ensure client satisfaction.
          • Addressing any issues or adjustments needed after project completion.

            6. Marketing and Client Growth

            • Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services, such as styling or maintenance packages.
            • Encouraging satisfied clients to provide testimonials or referrals.

              7. Industry Trend Awareness

              • Staying informed about the latest interior design trends and sharing insights with clients to enhance their projects.

                8. Contract and Documentation Management

                • Preparing proposals, contracts, and agreements tailored to client requirements.
                • Ensuring all client interactions and project details are documented for future reference.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, interior design, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or client relations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of interior design trends and project workflows.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations effectively.
