Chargeman A4

Main Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the proper and efficient operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, firefighting, plumbing, sewerage, HVAC and other mechanical & electrical services of the facility.
• Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, DOSH, SYABAS, JKKP and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.
• Manage the operations and maintenance of the facility through self-delivered teams and specialist sub-contractors.
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance & reactive/corrective maintenance work to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failures, either through internal teams or subcontractors.
• Perform reactive and corrective maintenance during power failures or equipment breakdown.
• Attend to all power, equipment and machine failure and rectify accordingly.
• Ensure installations are safe and legal.
• Lead and supervise the work of Facilities Management team and subcontractors and ensure good operations and maintenance practices are always maintained.
• Ensure all statutory regulations are complied with as part of their duties.

Requirements :

• Possess Chargeman A4 certificate of competency with 3 to 5 year(s) experience in handling electrical work.
• Good knowledge in electrical, building maintenance and plumbing work.
• Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good communication and leadership skills with every level of the organisation.
• Preferably Technicians specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
• Comfortable to work on weekends and public holidays (If needed)
• Good personal traits and characteristics, high integrity, trustworthy, reliable and honest.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
