CHARGEMAN AO / A1 / A4 Job Description - Responsible for the proper and efficient operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire-fighting, and other mechanical & electrical services of the facility. - Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, DOSH, JKKP and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues. - Manage the operations and maintenance of the facility through self-delivered teams and specialist sub-contractors. - Plan and perform preventive maintenance & reactive/corrective maintenance work to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failures, either through internal teams or subcontractors. - Perform reactive and corrective maintenance during power failures or equipment breakdown. - Attend to all power, equipment and machine failure and rectify accordingly. - Ensure installations are safe and legal. - Ensure all statutory regulations are complied with as part of their duties. Requirements - Must have a certificate authorized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (AO/A1/A4). - Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English. - Good communication and leadership skills with every level of the organisation. - At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Preferably Technicians specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. - Comfortable to work on shift basis, weekends and public holidays. - Good personal traits and characteristics, high integrity, trustworthy, reliable and honest.
