[SH] Sales Executive - Dormitory Services | RM3,500 + Commission | Senai - Johor Bahru

Company Information:

Our client is in dormitory services is looking for an committed Sales Executive to join their rapid growing team.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales Manager in achieving occupancy levels of dormitory
• Attend to enquiries from prospective customers
• Follow up on all outgoing quotations and confirm prospective customers who are keen to take up bed spaces
• Follow up on Letter Offer and Tenancy Agreement
• Follow up with customers to obtain payments
• Liaise with customers for the signing of ‘Tenancy Agreement’ and payment of the stamp duties
• Any other tasks as assigned by the superiors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Business Management/ Sales or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Able to interact with all levels of staff and management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia – both verbal & written. Added advantage if candidate able to speak mandarin as the role must deal with some mandarin speaking customers.
• Team-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and multi-task.
• Good attitude, self-motivated, results oriented.
• Possesses own transport.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
