Qualifications and Skills
· Master in Business Management , Business Administration or Human Resources (ONLY)
. Bachelor in Human Resources (ONLY)
· 1-3 year teaching experience
· Experience in industrial would be an added advantage
· Passionate in teaching
· Proficient in English
· Able to hybrid learning session
Responsibilities and Duties
· Responsible as a lecturer for the subjects entrusted by the School.
· Perform the tasks as lecturer as follows:
- Develop a portfolio for the subjects taught
- Develop a tutorial and exam questions bank
- Responsible for the students' academic achievement especially on the subjects taught
- Passionate in self-development for better and effective teaching and learning techniques to students
- Conduct research on current projects to improve skills and knowledge
· Ensure that all programme standards and codes of practice for programme accreditation are complied with the standards as enshrined in the framework and requirements of the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
· Implement and manage the college activities that have been entrusted by the management. It includes planning activities related to students outside the classroom and participating in promotional activities from time to time.
· Willing to work in Seremban
