Operations Quality Technical Associate

1. Ensures that the processes are carried out and comply with the specifications required by customers and that it complies with the local requirements of the organization and the requirements of MPS (Manufacturing Process Standards) 2. Ensures that the specifications, the acceptance criteria of the products by the operational staff are known and respected; ensures that operators comply with product quality inspection procedures in accordance with customer requirements 3. Provides support in order to optimize processes, identifies and initiates opportunities to reduce costs 4. Prepares and collects data from the key points of the processes and prepares the internal quality reports 5. Monitors product yields, process (yield) and scrap rate (scrap) or other quality indicators 6. Participates in the activities of PFMEA analysis and elaboration of Control Plan 7. Assesses and updates working instructions for specific products
