Operations and Logistics Coordinator

EWF Group, a leading provider of advanced inspection services, is currently seeking a highly organized and reliable Operations and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This position involves critical logistics and transportation responsibilities, supported by a DMAX vehicle assigned for the role. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient operations to facilitate various key tasks across our organization. Key Responsibilities: Collect medical reports as required. Oversee the sending and collection of film batches to and from AELB. Assist in the timely distribution of film batches to branches or personnel. Manage offshore mobilization and demobilization items, including late-night tasks when required. Provide transportation services to expatriates, including trips to NIOSH, BOSIET, medical facilities, and banks, while handling the collection of IRATA certifications and logbooks. Collect radioactive sources from Seremban and deliver them to Zone Inspection for offshore mobilization Facilitate the movement of equipment, abseiling bags, and advanced tools to Tok Bali for offshore Air Waybill (AWB) mobilization. Ensure efficient dispatch of offshore and marine equipment for large-scale mobilization efforts. Requirements: Possession of a valid driver’s license, with the ability to operate a DMAX vehicle. Proven experience in logistics or a related field. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Capable of working independently, with a high level of reliability and flexibility. Ability to perform under pressure and manage urgent or late-night tasks as necessary.
