• Oversee and manage all HR-related processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. • Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll function from monthly payroll processing/approval, monthly statutory payments to yearly income tax reporting. • Ensure monthly payroll reporting is done in a timely manner. • Arrange and coordinate on relevant training / learning & development for department • * employees for work performance improvement and to be claimable under the Company’s HRDC funds. • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. • To liaise with Government authorities such as JTk, JKKP, PERKESO, EPF • To ensure the compliance of ISO9001:2015 • Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
