Master Data Management

Job Description Master Data Governance - Develop, implement, and maintain MDM policies and procedures to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency. - Define data governance frameworks and standards for business-critical master data domains (customers, products, vendors, etc.). - Data Quality Management - Monitor and maintain the quality of master data by implementing validation rules and regular audits. - Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues through collaboration with stakeholders. Data Creation and Maintenance - Oversee the creation, updating, and deletion of master data records in line with company policies. - Ensure timely and accurate entry of data into systems like ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM, or MDM platforms. Collaboration and Communication - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.) to ensure master data alignment across systems. - Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure effective implementation of MDM solutions. System and Process Improvement - Support the implementation of MDM tools and technologies to improve data management processes. - Contribute to system integrations, migrations, or upgrades involving master data. Reporting and Analytics - Develop reports to analyze data quality trends and compliance. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business performance. Compliance and Documentation - Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations regarding data governance. - Document MDM processes, standards, and workflows.
