Lead Generation - Mandarin Speaker (Food Delivery Platform)

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team in the food delivery platform industry. In this role, you will focus on engaging with food vendors to onboard them to our platform. This position involves reaching out to existing contacts, nurturing relationships, and encouraging food vendors to join our growing network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to connect with potential food vendor partners.
• Present the benefits and value of partnering with our food delivery platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to encourage long-term collaboration.
• Qualify leads by understanding vendor needs and ensuring alignment with our platform's services.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new vendors.
• Provide feedback and insights on vendor responses to improve outreach strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Must commit to 4 months contract
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (Must be able to type in traditional mandarin as will be handling Taiwan market)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
