Responsibility 1. Assisting with bookkeeping and accounting tasks. 2. Assist in daily administration duties. 3. Ensure proper filing, maintenance and completeness of accounting documentations and records. 4. Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly. 5. Efficiently process supplier invoices. 6. Coordinate approval process of all account payable invoices. 7. Identifying invoices that are overdue or have not been received. 8. Collect payment 9. Do arrangement for all maintenance appointment 10. Liaising with maintenance to check on the progress and ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers in a timely manner 11. Any other duties as and when assigned by the superior from time to time. Requirements 1. At least 1 years working experience in related field. 2. Knowledgeable in SQL software is preferred. 3. Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up skills and willing to learn. 4. Able to work independently and a good team player 5. Able to work on Monday - Saturday Benefits 1. Annual Leave. 2.
