Job Description

To ensure proper and good housekeeping.
To co-ordinate daily activities of production.
To ensure timely corrective action is taken for machine breakdown.
Rejected goods at the production line are properly identified and segregated.
To ensure that production operators efficiency are up to the standard.
To communicate and interact with all personnel from all department.
To monitor production yields and develop continuous improvement process.
To handle operators grievances and find solutions to their problems.
To ensure that operators are well trained for production.
To ensure the performance report are submitted timely to the management.
To ensure that operators are using personal protective equipment where it area is required.
Job Requirement
Strong knowledge in trouble shooting for plastic injection moulding machines and technical skill.
At least 5 years working experience in plastic injection industry or similar
Leadership skill, Technical skill, problem solving skill, knowledge of quality.
Able to monitor yields and develop continuous improvement of process.
