Job Scope:

Managing the overall daily operation, including floor display, stock management, manpower allocation and overall maintenance, permit and license
To be accountable for the performance and profitability of the grocery store
To monitor and analyse sales turnover for efficient stock ordering
To review floor display to ensure efficient space usage and shelf display
To ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all the area including selling floor, store room and cool room
To be in-charge of the proper maintenance and upkeep of all equipment and fixtures
To ensure the efficient ordering of goods and sufficient stock supply at all times, no out of stock and no over order situation
To ensure proper handling of perishable items to minimize wastage
To be responsible for the recording, checking and daily updating stock balance for the control items
To ensure best practice in FIFO (First In First Out)
Operating cash registers and POS system
Accepting payments, ensure all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer

Job Requirements:

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in FMCG retail experience or related field is required for this position.
Able to work in Juru Industri Beringin
Process own transportation

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
