As part of the HR Intern, you will be exposed to

• Full Spectrum of Recruitment Process, from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing until extending the offer to successful candidate.
• Support Employee Engagement activities. We want your creative ideas.
• Learning & Development: get an opportunity to gain exposure in the L&D
• HR processes & HRIS: coordination, collection of information, using your creativity to create educational fun video to create awareness, updating of employee information.
• Get first hand insight in onboarding and offboarding.
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Requirements:

• No work experience is required.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Fast learner & keen on learning new things.
• Curious mind.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology.
• Internship position(s) for duration above 3 month(s).

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
